Rubén Ferreiro

Rubén, an expert in digital marketing and e-commerce, has been a serial entrepreneur since 2001. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela and has two master’s degrees in E-commerce and Business.
After strategically restructuring his business, he became the principal shareholder of Elogia and founded VIKO in 2014, which has grown into a Digital-business Factory with strong presence in Spain and Mexico.
VIKO also acts as an entrepreneurial and investment muscle. Rubén is co-founder and chairman of YABA and has partnered with corporates to found new companies including Okify, Coventia and Equipzila.
Beyond his corporate activities, Rubén is an investor and advisor for several seed-stage startups, with more than 20 direct participations, including early investments in Glovo and Housfy.
What motivates him most when investing is learning. A proud Galician residing in Barcelona, occasional CDMX visitor, avid traveler, foodie and life enthusiast.
